- The problems of
teen pregnancy and sexually related disease are escalating nationally.
There is increasingly realization that programs which promote birth
control information and condom use have been tragically unsuccessful.
- Awareness is also growing that abstinence is
the only true form of "safe-sex."
- Begun in
1990, Creating Positive Relationships,
is an abstinence-based educational program available for grades
6 through high school.
- Originally
launched in the Indianapolis area, but now available nationally
through our Associate Program, CPR
reaches over 60,000 students
in nine states and seven countries each year.
- Results, measured both statistically
and by user-comment, have been excellent.
- The
CPR program is delivered through trained teaching
team.
Teachers enjoy both a job opportunity and an opportunity to make a real
difference in the lives of young people.
- Because parents are
a vital element in successful sex education, CPR strives for parental support
and involvement.
- CPR stands ready to
help introduce the program in school systems across the U.S. and
will support, as possible,
worldwide programs.
