CREATING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS SEEKS
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:
Creating
Positive Relationships, Inc. (CPR) is a not-for-profit organization
teaching abstinence education to students in the 5th through
12th grades. Since 1991, CPR’s operational focus has been
Central Indiana where over 50,000 students are reached; but the program
now reaches students through over sixty Associates in the U.S., Central
American, Africa, and the Ukraine.
The
position offers flexibility based on the right candidate’s goals,
skills, and life-cycle realities. Full-time or part-time is possible,
with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week.
Job
responsibilities include:
- Serve as on staff
leader of the organization
- Plan and manage
the CPR budget for the fiscal year
- Responsible for
fund raising including maintaining current grant relationships and
developing new ones
- Lead strategic planning
and vision casting for future development of organization
- Serve as the primary
point of contact for board of directors
- Serve as the primary
point of contact for public relations and troubleshooting, including
media, parents, and schools
- Serve as a representative
for CPR in the community
